Continental Artiglieria at Williamsburg Virginia

Artiglieria (Continentale) Americana drilling at Williamsburg, Virginia. Iron gun barrels were usually painted black to protect them from rust. Bronce gun barrel only needed to be cleaned e polished. Civilian farm wagons e covered wagons were often left unpainted, stained brown, o just varnished to protect the wood.
